So many beds - how do I choose which is best for me?

Beds are such a personal item to buy and many people need certain requirements to get a great nights sleep. The best way to choose is to visit one of our showrooms so you can try them properly.

How long does delivery take?

All delivery times given are approximate and can vary up to 4 - 5 weeks depending on the goods you have ordered.

What if it is not what I expected when it arrives can I send it back?

If you ordered your bed or mattress online you have an unconditional right to cancel within 7 days of the day of delivery. Cancellation will be accepted in writing only or by email or by writing to North Wales Beds Ltd, Mold Road, Gwersyllt, Wrexham LL11 4AF.

Please note all goods must be returned to us at buyers cost unused and it its original packaging as new.

Are your beds and mattresses guaranteed?

All our beds and mattresses purchased online are guaranteed for 12 months. Extended guarantees and warranties are supplied by our manufacturers.

Do you supply special size beds or mattresses?

Yes please contact us - we can supply goods longer wider or shorter by a number of manufacturers.

Should I use a mattress protector?

Yes without a doubt simply one of the best ways to protect your investment. Preferably a waterproof protector which these days have a special membrane and are not hot to sleep on.

Up to 2 million dust mites live in unprotected mattresses so a protector provides a barrier against spills and liquid stains to protect mattress fillings. It also safeguards your guarantee and limited warranties.

Can I buy a mattress only or do I have to buy a full bed?

Yes you certainly can buy a mattress only.

Please remember to check your base for condition, size and construction. If it is not suitable due to wear or loss of spring tension a mattress only could be false economy.

What is your complaints procedure?

We take all complaints seriously and will work with you and our suppliers to bring them to a conclusion as soon as possible.

Can I buy a 3/4 size 120cm bed?

Yes - now known also as small double, we have an extensive range available including many storage options including ottoman bases. Small double sizes are also available in bed frame designs in metal, wood and upholstered.

Important: All bed frames are wider and longer than divans and have no standard size - please measure your space carefully.

Do you take old beds away?

If your new bed or mattress is to be delivered by our own delivery vehicle and staff the answer is yes at a cost of £20.00 per bed and £10.00 per mattress.

If it is by our delivery partners then unfortunately this service is not available.
